Retail Park in Pleszew, another asset in the LCP portfolio.

25/05/2022

The Retail Park in Pleszew purchased by LCP perfectly illustrates the market demand in Poland for modern retail space in smaller and medium-sized cities. The limited supply of such projects in the above locations shows that recognised chain brands, which have their own requirements regarding space quality, are still willing to open shops in such facilities, often in cooperation with local businesses. This allows them to optimally adapt their offer and perfectly meet the needs of local inhabitants.” – says Justyna Ma?ysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP.

”The offered mix of tenants also supports their activities in a digital channels (e-commerce), which in such locations allows online shoppers to finalise purchases directly in the Retail Park complex. This still applies mainly to the area of consumer electronics, but we see that more and more transactions from other market sectors are slowly being completed this way.” - adds Justyna Ma?ysko.

The Retail Park in Pleszew is a project located at 24 Armii Pozna?ska Street on the main route from Koszalin to Poznan. The facility was built on an area of over 10,000 sqm and offers 3,548 sqm of GLA. Its tenants are the international network brands known in Poland as well as local companies.

The main tenants are Rossman, Pepco, KiK, Tedi, RTV EURO AGD and Kaes.

The shopping-friendly project in Pleszew is located in a residential area and in a proximity to a Kaufland grocery store.

It is another project in the portfolio of LCP, which continues to acquire good projects for its retail parks portfolio. By the end of this year the company plans to invest in a few more projects, which will bring the value of the LCP group's portfolio to EUR 500 million by the end of the year.
