Tall menswear brand Just Tall takes first UK premises at Multipark Enterprise City, Spennymoor

LCP UK, part of M Core, has let Unit 27 at Multipark Enterprise City, Spennymoor, to Just Tall Limited, the online menswear brand's first physical UK premises since launching in 2022.
The 965 sq ft unit, part of the 300,000 sq ft Green Lane Industrial Estate, has been recently refurbished with new flooring, LED lighting and redecoration throughout. Just Tall's fit-out is now complete, and it opened this month.
Just Tall designs and sells extra-long clothing for tall, slim and athletic men between 6'2" and 7'2". The brand has traded online since 2022 and has passed 10,000 lifetime orders, alongside ethical certification from Eco-Stylist and Google Top Quality Store status. The company's registered office has been based in Spennymoor since 2021, and Unit 27 marks its first move into physical premises.
The letting continues a period of strong momentum at Multipark Enterprise City, which offers flexible workshop and storage units from 880 sq ft up to 14,200 sq ft, with freehold and leasehold sales also considered. Twelve units totalling approximately 25,000 sq ft remain available across the estate, with rents quoted inclusive of service charge, buildings insurance and electric and water.

We launched online in February 2022 with just eleven products, and since then we've passed 10,000 orders and become a Google Top Quality Store. Spennymoor has been our home from the very start, so opening our first physical premises here, and creating three new local jobs, feels like a natural next step."

Just Tall was advised on the letting by Naylors Gavin Black. Brent Cooper, Legal Counsel at LCP UK, part of M Core completed the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
