Design & Build Completed At Business Park

We recently completed a new-build development at Burntwood Business Park (BBP) in Staffordshire, which has been let to FedEx on a 20-year lease.

We assisted its move from its former 28,000 sq.ft unit at BBP to the larger, purpose-built 43,000 sq.ft facility.

Andrew Preston, industrial portfolio manager, said: "We are pleased that our long-standing tenant, FedEx, chose to stay at Burntwood Business Park.

We work closely with our tenants to assist them with their business expansion plans. Our substantial landholdings in Burntwood meant we were able to offer FedEx a design and build option, which suited its needs."
