As part of its continued growth plan, Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Ltd has completed a further lease with London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) for 5,241 sq.ft on the seventh floor of Victoria House in Aldershot, Hampshire. This takes their occupation to in excess of 26,000 sq.ft across five floors within the building, which is now fully let.
Victoria House, which offers a total of 35,000 sq.ft office space across seven floors, is situated in the centre of Aldershot. The building is located adjacent to The Wellington shopping centre and is a short walk from Aldershot train station. It also provides easy access to the M3 motorway and key routes, including the A331, A31 and A3, to London airports.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car UK Ltd is one of the largest employers in Aldershot and have a large talent pool there. The new lease highlights their commitment to the town and the development of employees.
