Bootle Neighbourhood Retail Centre Fully Let
Marian Square, in Bootle, Merseyside, is fully let after Signature Phones took the last available unit.
The busy centre, which serves the thriving Netherton area, has 38 units, with retailers including Greggs, Iceland and Home Bargains.
Signature Phones, which repairs and unlocks mobile phones, as well as buys and sells smartphones and accessories, took unit 3, an 863 sq ft space, and opened on Thursday, November 11.
Simon Eatough, asset manager for LCP, which has managed to centre since 2017, said: "It's great to see Marian Square fully let, providing a diverse range of shops, from high street names to local independents, for the people of Netherton."
The agent acting for LCP was Chris Houghton at Mason Partners.
