PureGym signs at M Parc Fforestfach, Swansea as LCP UK, part of M Core continues repositioning of the park
“PureGym is a strong addition to Fforestfach and gives local people another reason to visit the park throughout the week, not just for their weekly shop. Reconfiguring Units 4 and 5 to meet PureGym’s requirements shows the hands-on approach we’re taking here. Following Nando’s in the summer, it’s further proof that the repositioning of the park is attracting national brands that want to be in this location.”
LCP UK, part of M Core has secured PureGym at M Parc Fforestfach, Swansea. It is the latest new occupier at the park, following the opening of Nando’s in July.
PureGym will occupy 12,566 sq ft created by reconfiguring Units 4 and 5. The gym is due to open on 18th December 2026 on a 15-year lease.
The letting adds to the park’s health and fitness offer and follows a run of transactions over the past year, including Nando’s, Wingers, Jollyes, Zuno Play and TanTastic. Together they cover food and beverage, fitness, pet retail and children’s entertainment. A gym brings repeat visits several times a week, often outside peak shopping hours, and widens the reasons to visit beyond convenience retail.
M Parc Fforestfach sits on the A483 Pontardulais Road, about four miles north-west of Swansea city centre. It totals 141,500 sq ft across 20 units, with anchor occupiers including Tesco, Aldi and McDonald’s. The park serves a retail catchment of 465,000 people and offers 1,300 free parking spaces and 10 rapid EV chargers.
Adam Martin, Director and Head of the Bristol Office at LCP UK, part of M Core, said:
