Plymouth Convenience Centre The Latest Acquisition In LCP'S Managed Portfolio
Commercial property and investment company LCP adds Woolwell Convenience Centre in Plymouth to its managed portfolio
The six-unit, fully let parade is located in a residential area in the north east suburb of the Devon city.
LCP acquired the estate on behalf of Sheet Anchor Investments Limited, part of the LCP group of managed companies, and has been appointed to manage the centre.
Tenants comprise a hair salon, convenience store and four takeaways.
