Evolve Estates Part Of M Core Appoints New Property And Transactions Manager
Evolve Estates, part of the M Core collective, has expanded its team, appointing a new property and transactions manager as part of its ambitious growth programme.
Gladys Lovell joins the company from Carter Jonas, where she was regional lead, overseeing the management of a mixed land and asset portfolio in the Rural & Infrastructures team.
At Mayfair-based Evolve, a highly acquisitive property company that is part of M Core, she will oversee and manage the operations and management of all residential units within Evolve's portfolio. She will also help to develop, acquire and dispose of commercial and residential premises.
"I'm excited to have the opportunity to progress my career at Evolve," she said. "There are significant plans for growth and I'm looking forward to playing my part as it increases its property portfolio."
