M Core, one of the leading investors and developers in the Polish retail park market, announces the acquisition of a plot in Nowa Wola for the construction of its fifth development project of the year, a future retail park. M Park Nowa Wola, like the project announced in February this year in Biała Podlaska, will be built and leased using M Core’s own resources. The two-building complex will offer almost 7,500 sqm of retail space with units for a total of 16 tenants. The opening of M Park Nowa Wola is planned for the first quarter of 2027.

Located just 15 km from the centre of Warsaw, Nowa Wola is an increasingly popular location, experiencing rapid residential development, including new townhouse and apartment complexes. This growth is supported by the town’s convenient location in the suburban zone of the capital. The project’s potential, combined with the proximity of other developing areas within the Lesznowola municipality and its strategic location on Macierzanki Street, right by the S7 expressway exit, is expected to drive strong footfall to the retail park.

For the convenience of future customers, a parking lot for 250 cars has been planned. From an ESG perspective, electric vehicle charging stations will be installed on the site. Additionally, M Park Nowa Wola is planned to achieve BREEAM certification at a minimum of the Very Good level.

M Core will manage the Nowa Wola project entirely independently,  from construction to leasing, leveraging the knowledge and resources of its own team. Among the tenants who have already confirmed their presence in this retail park are, among others, a grocery operator as well as fashion brands and those offering first need goods."Nowa Wola has, in recent years, been transforming into a dynamic centre of life in the Warsaw region.
