LCP Group acquires Polish Retail Park

LCP Properties has acquired a convenience parade in the Polish town of Strzelce Opolskie.

The scheme is centrally located, close to the town’s marketplace, and with supermarket Biedronka forms the largest retail complex in the area at more than 5,000 sq m of GLA and 180 parking spaces.

A mix of well-known brands and local independents, the main tenants include Deichmann, ?abka, Hebe, Neonet, Tedi, 4F and Top Secret.

Katarzyna Szele?nik, Acquisitions Director at LCP Properties, said: “We‘ve started this year very well. We have also already closed several transactions and have still an appetite for more projects. We are constantly looking for attractive locations and we are in the process of approving further investments.”

LCP has ambitious expansion plans and is actively seeking retail schemes to invest in.
