Vype And Savers Open At Park Farm Shopping Centre
Park Farm Shopping Centre in Allestree, Derby, has welcomed two new high street names, bringing local shoppers even greater choice on their doorstep.
Vype, the e-cigarette chain, has signed a three-year lease and has opened in unit 41, while discount health and beauty chain Savers has moved to units 103-105, taking 3,784 sq ft on a new 10 year lease.
The stores join more than 50 shops, restaurants and cafés at Park Farm, which is a popular centre in the heart of Allestree. National retailers include Wilko's, Boots, Co-op Food and Farmfoods, while independent retailers provide a wide variety of services and goods from hair and beauty, financial services, and shoe repairs and key cutting to shoes and clothing, gifts and cards and homeware.
Simon Eatough, LCP asset manager, said: "It's good news for Park Farm shoppers that we have attracted two new tenants to the centre, both of whom have created new jobs. We're working hard to diversify the offering at the shopping centre, so that the local community has all it needs right on its doorstep."
Darran Severn, retained letting agent on Park Farm Shopping Centre, said: "our aim is to bring together the best national and local independent retailers to Park Farm Shopping Centre, and we are delighted to announce these lettings to Savers and Vype. There is definitely a lot more to come later this year as we continue to vary and improve the catering and retail offer in what is a busy, convenience led community shopping centre".
LCP also has a third unit at Park Farm under offer to an independent retailer and hopes to announce details in the next few weeks.
