This Is Fitness Opens At The Pensnett Estate

We're delighted to welcome This Is Fitness to Baird House.

Located in the Innovation Hive at The Pensnett Estate, our flagship business and industrial estate in the Black Country, the gym and personal training company promises personal training sessions, a bespoke training programme, unlimited class access, body composition analysis and a dedicated support coach.

Launched by Liam Brice and partner Hayley in 2015 in Stafford, the Pensnett gym is its second location.

This Is Fitness Hexagon Commercial brokered the deal, signing This Is Fitness up for a five-year lease.
