Landmark Office Block Sold

A landmark office building in the heart of Maidstone, Kent, has been sold to a private property company for £5 million.

Kent House, an eight-storey 70,000 sq ft office block in Romney Place, Pad's Hill, has been bought by RMK Ltd from L&C Investments, part of the leading property company London & Cambridge Properties (LCP), which has owned the building since 2001.
