Evolve Acquires Freehold Of B&M Store
Evolve Estates has acquired the freehold of a prominent retail store in Northwich, Cheshire.
It has acquired for an undisclosed sum 21, Leicester Street, currently occupied by B&M. The 27,000 sq ft unit occupies a highly prominent pitch fronting Northwich's Leicester Street, close to the junction with Witton Street, Northwich's prime retail pitch.
The newly developed Barons Quay Shopping Centre, with a large ASDA supermarket, is directly opposite.
Andrew Cooper, of Clarke Willmott LLP, acted as legal adviser to Evolve Estates.
