Final Tenants Sign Up For Liverpool

Business is booming at a popular industrial estate in Liverpool, which is now fully occupied after the final two tenants agreed to move there.

Paula James, sales negotiator, said its continued commitment to investing on the 11-unit site, coupled with more optimism among businesses, had led to renewed confidence in the market.

Primal Health Fitness has agreed terms with LCP to lease a 4,471 sq ft unit for five years. The company, which has doubled its workforce to six, provides personal and group gymnasium-based training as well as conditioning programmes to young athletes.

James Slomka, director at Primal Fitness, said: "We had outgrown our former premises and moved to Unit 2 so that we could expand beyond offering 1-1 personal training. We decided to develop an'everything under one roof' strategy

"It is an ideal location, size, proximity to the city centre and major thoroughfares. We had three different sites in mind but The Grain Estate came out on top during our SWOT analysis."

LVW Group, a wholesaler of motor accessories, has moved to a 5,590 sq ft unit on a five-year lease.

Paula James said: "The Grain Estate has proven to be popular among a wide range of companies that are keen to take advantage of high quality premises close to Liverpool city centre.

"We've been committed to investing in our sites, even in the downturn, so that they remain an attractive proposition to potential tenants and we are delighted that The Grain Estate is now fully occupied."

Mason Owen and Bolton Birch were appointed joint agents for marketing the properties.
